Jody Jamieson extended his lead in the North American driver's standings and raised the bar even higher for the Canadian single season win record on Wednesday

afternoon at Flamboro Downs.

Jamieson added six more wins to his totals during the 15-race program.

"Double J" opened the card with a win aboard Lyons Western (2:01.1) for trainer Wayne Preszcator and found himself taking another trek down victory lane with Gunsmoke Vmw (1:56.1) for Paul Taylor in the fifth race.

The Andy Avery-trained Risque Business (2:00.4) and Fleetwood Albert (1:57.4), trained by Joe Pereira, gave Jamieson back-to-back wins in the seventh and eighth races.

His other triumphs came aboard Lake Shark (1:58.1), a 10 length winner in the 12th race for Casie Coleman, and Play On (2:00.1), who won the finale for Shawn Robinson.

The 2009 O'Brien Award finalist for Driver of the Year now sports 786 wins on the year, 66 more than Jason Bartlett who sits in second place for wins in North America. Jamieson's six-bagger pushed the Canadian single season record to 777.
