Trainer Rene Allard had his barn firing on all cylinders during Thursday evening’s card of racing at Woodbine Racetrack, and as a result he celebrated a hat trick performance on the 10-race card.

A native of Quebec, Allard joined forces with O’Brien Award finalist Louis Philippe Roy to win Race 2 with Top Desire in 1:52.2. That duo also clicked in Race 4 with Nips Beach Girl in 1:54.2.

Jody Jamieson helped Allard complete the three-win performance thanks to a come-from-behind tally with Beach Terror in Race 9. The pacer halted the teletimer in 1:53.3.

Allard, who operates a very successful satellite stable between Canada and the U.S., has piled up 446 wins this season in addition to purse earnings in excess of $5.6 million. The career winner of 3,359 races has watched his barn bank over $34 million to date.
