Tuesday’s 12-race program at Western Fair Raceway was dominated by Doug McNair, who finished the after
noon with six trips to victory lane.
McNair, who leads all drivers at Western Fair Raceway this season with 209 victories, grabbed wins with Cecils Express (2:01.2), Ambers Punch (2:00.4) and Time Travelin Man (1:59.4) before sweeping the final three races of the day with Graces Will (2:00.3), Bundle Spell (1:58.4) and Lh Lucky Heaven (1:57.3).
The 2009 campaign has been a profitable one for the Guelph, ON horseman who has racked up 371 wins compared to the 110 triumphs he garnered during his rookie season in 2008. His $3.1 million in seasonal earnings has pushed his lifetime total in excess of $4.2 million.
