Live Theatre At Fraser Being Considered

It has been reported that officials with the Great Canadian Gaming Corp. are looking into the possibility of introducing a theatre for live acts at Fraser Downs in Surrey, B.C.

An article by Surrey Now has cited Hard Rock Casino Vancouver Executive Director Raj Mutti as saying that Great Canadian is looking into adding a theatre at the track in the future.

“One of our biggest next steps and tasks is to really develop Fraser Downs into more than just being a racetrack and casino,” Mutti was quoted as saying.

Mutti added that his company is “working on plans with Fraser Downs, working with the City of Surrey and working with our planning and development company.”
