Winning races is something B B Windfall has mastered the art of, and on Sunday evening at Flamboro Downs the mare inched closer to being one of the winningest horses in North America this season

.

The Peter Marostega-trained four-year-old daughter of Million Dollar Cam registered her 21st win of the 2010 campaign – just one win shy of Romantic Jet and Forever Friendly who lead all North American performers with 22 wins apiece.

B B Windfall, taking orders from driver Paul MacKenzie, shot to immediate command in her Sunday evening assignment and once in command of the pace she kept on rolling. She chopped out panels of :27.3, :57.4 and 1:27.3 en route to a 1:56.3 decision for owner Terry Hunter of Troy, ON.

She has finished first or second in each of her last 17 starts – which included a nine-race winning streak which spanned from September 2 to October 30. The career winner of $112,064 owns a 21-4-5 record this year from 44 trips to the track.
