Man Charged With Misconduct At Goshen

An 18-year-old New York man has been charged with a felony burglary count and two misdemeanors - sexual misconduct with an animal and petit larceny - after a six-month-long investigation at Goshen Historic Track

.

According to the Times Herald-Record in New York, Erick Rivera crept from his rented room in an inn overlooking Goshen at least a dozen times since July and had his way with horses stabled at the historic track.

“This guy makes Michael Vick look like a charter member of PETA,” said Village of Goshen police Chief James Watt.
