Maybe they could just follow the rules Standardbred Canada made for the Drivers Challenge. No driver can enter a horse he owns or trains! All drivers get a drive from each post postion 1 through 8! And all horses entered are to be as equal as possible! If Fraser Downs doesn't have the horse population (without Billy D.) to meet these requirements maybe they shouldn't be having the National Driving Challenge. Who wants another draw like the Western Challenge?

Good luck to Marc Campbell at the N.D.C.One of the best drivers in the maritimes!!

Will it matter if he gets outside posts.....posts play into just as much as anything!!!
Should it really be decided over 8 drives....so much factors in.... the horses ...the posts.
Any driver could have a hot day and win it all....does it really mean we are getting the BEST DRIVER!
