Favourites were zero-for-five during Thursday night’s (Dec. 15) Pick 5 sequence at Yonkers Raceway, resulting in a $4,807.09 carryover and a $15,000 guaranteed pool in the wager on Friday night (Dec. 16).
The guarantee in the Pick 5 is being offered as part of the United States Trotting Association’s Strategic Wagering Program. Free past performances for the Pick 5, courtesy of TrackMaster, will be available here. The Pick 5, which begins in Race 5, has a takeout rate of 20 per cent.
After the conclusion of Friday’s program, just one week will remain in the 2022 season at Yonkers Raceway. Live racing will take place Monday, Dec. 19 through Thursday, Dec. 22 before the oval goes dark through mid-January. Post time is at 6:55 p.m. (EST).
