Hard-knocking Pan Au Chocolat has been named Ohio’s Horse of the Month by the United States Harness Writers Association's Ohio chapter.
Pan Au Chocolat made six starts in the month of November and registered three wins and three second-place finishes. His victory on November 27 was in a personal season’s best 1:54.3.
The eight-year-old gelded son of The Panderosa is owned by Aimee Mt. Pleasant, conditioned by Darrell Hooser and driven by Kurt Sugg.
Pan Au Chocolat was bred by the Peter Pan Stables and has made 168 career starts and has earned more than $145,000 lifetime.
