The Rideau Carleton Raceway race office has told Trot Insider that the qualifying races scheduled for Thursday, December 11 have been cancelled.
The race office has stated that the cancellation is due to unfavourable weather conditions.
A 15-dash card of racing is scheduled to get underway at 6:30 p.m. Thursday evening.
