"I would like to extend my sincere congratulations to OLG Slots at Georgian Downs. The solid partnership between the Town and OLG, has provided numerous benefits throughout the municipality," said Mayor Baguley. Since opening in November 2001, OLG Slots at Georgian Downs has had more than 10.6 million customer visitors. It is also an important part of Innisfil as its largest employer with more than 330 people working at the site. Last year, an extensive $76 million redesign and expansion of the slots facility to enhance the entertainment experience was completed in partnership with Great Canadian Gaming, owners of Georgian Downs.
