Rideau Carleton Raceway's Sunday night co-featured $6,500 Winners Over Handicaps were won by a pocketed Web Cam and second over Decret Justiciale.

Tail R Swift won the early battle for the lead over Web Cam during a quick opening panel in the top pacing class, but Web Cam won the war, prevailing up the passing lane in 1:55.2. The field spread across the track down the stretch with Beautiful Soul closing within half a length of the winner and Dewey Beach coming in third.

Web Cam paid $29.50 for the 13-1 upset. Gord Brown drove the seven-year-old Astreos gelding for Rideau's leading trainer John MacMillan and the Holland Racing Stable of Niagara-On-The-Lake, Ont. Web Cam has won half of his 10 starts from the MacMillan barn.

Decret Justiciale got away sixth and gapped his cover down the backstretch in the trotting division, but the heavy 1-2 favourite rallied wide around the battling leaders, Le Senateur A L and Rocky Boy, in the final turn en route to victory lane. He prevailed by a quarter-length in 1:56.4 with Undercover Bro chasing him home in second. Out Of The Hat came on for third.

Decret Justiciale paid $3 to win. The five-year-old Justice Hall gelding is trained and driven by Denis Filion and is owned by Danielle Levac of St-Augustin-Mirabel, Que. The Quebec Series champion has nine wins in 18 starts this year and has hit the board in all eight of his Rideau races (four of those were wins).
