It has been reported that on Wednesday, November 3, Kentucky State Attorney General Jack Conway signed off on allowing the Kentucky Horse Racing Commission to
search property of licensees at racetracks without a warrant. The measure includes the vehicles of veterinarians.
The opinion of Conway found that the commission may search for any item "reasonably believed to constitute evidence of a violation of a KHRC regulation."
