American Harness Tracks has completed the requirements for its application for the final harness racing license in Pennsylvania
.
The October vote regarding the racing application for its Valley View Downs project, which was submitted in September, was delayed as the Pennsylvania Harness Racing Commission reviewed final conditions requiring proof that American Harness Tracks had secured $150 million in financing and had hired management company Merit Management Group.
American Harness Tracks can now apply for a gaming license with the Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board.
