Nights Fleet, a six-year-old Wonder Dancer gelding, won by a nose over Lost In The Fog (George Napolitano Jr.) in the featured $20,000 to $25,000 claiming handicap trot Friday night at Mohegan Sun at Pocono Downs

Driven by Larry Stalbaum, Nights Fleet was only winning for the second time this season in 24 starts. E. Bucky Angle Jr. trains Nights Fleet.

Stalbaum and Angle Jr. combined earlier in the 13-race card for wins with McCardles Charm and JustcallmeRosie. Meanwhile, trainer Carmine Fusco collected two victories to tie Ron Burke for training honors at the Northeastern Pennsylvania racetrack.

George Napolitano Jr., North America’s leading driver, also added to that total with five wins on the Friday night program. He now boasts a career high of 687 victories on his record this year.
