Based on a pair of victories in the Ohio Sire Stakes, Osbornes Sweeper was tapped as the state’s best in October by the Ohio Chapter of the United States Harness Writers Association.
The freshman daughter of On The Attack--Myopias Mop won the final $19,000 OSS leg at Northfield Park on October 1 in 1:55.4. Just eight days later, Osbornes Sweeper overcame an interference break at the quarter pole and rallied to win the $75,000 OSS final at Lebanon Raceway in 2:00.4.
Osbornes Sweeper is owned by Jerome T. Osborne, bred by Midland Acres and conditioned by Eric Hamlet.
She has earned $101,502 on the season and has won six of her nine seasonal starts.
