The Ontario Harness Horse Association (OHHA) welcomes the ORC report from the Standing Committee on
Government Agencies. The report, available through the ministry’s website (Standing Committee On Government Agencies ORC Report), is the result of hearings held in February of this year (2009) where various representatives of the horse racing industry appeared including OHHA. The report acknowledges the input from all interested parties and makes five specific Recommendations.
