Once she reached the point, the six-year-old daughter of Somebeachsomewhere-Pirouette Hanover turned back the first-over challenge of Southwind Bella and opened up, prevailing for Dave Palone by three lengths. Her time equals the record established by Medusa in 2017 and it matches Alexa Skye’s previous lifetime mark. Blue Ivy closed nicely for second while Southwind Bella saved show.
