Two $20,000 divisions of Delaware Standardbred Breeders Fund (DSBF) events for sophomore trotting colts went to post for the early daily double on Tuesday (Nov. 30) at Dover Downs.
Race 1 saw the undefeated Big Al M cut the mile, only to be passed in the lane by Blue Devil and driver Montrell Teague in 1:57.1. It was a lifetime record for the Anders Bluestone-Overnight Hit gelding trained by Adrian Wisher who is owned by Elite Harness Racing LLC and bred by Art Stafford Jr.

In Race 2, Rhett got away third and then assumed command in front of the grandstand and led to the wire in 1:59.1 for the “Captain” Corey Callahan. The Keystone Activator-Lake Serena gelding is bred and trained by the 91-years-young Donnie Wiest, who co-owns with his son David. Someofmygoodtime was second followed by Marvin B Swift.

Wednesday night (Dec. 1), the pacing fillies highlight the card. Post time 4:30 p.m. (EST).
