Odds-on favourite Phone Terror ($2.50) earned her third Mares Open victory of the Fraser Downs meet in Friday night's $10,500 feature event.

Phone Terror followed in third-place through the early stages of the mile and then rallied past pocket-sitter Just One More and race leader Prairie Illusion (:27.3, :56.4, 1:25), who both finished fourth in a dead-heat. Phone Terror paced her final quarter in :28.4 to draw away by three and a half lengths in 1:54 flat while Sheezgotdawoogies followed for second-place and Gracie Montana finished third.

Serge Masse trains and drives the six-year-old Western Terror mare, who has won one-third of her 30 starts this year for owner Lucy Raymond of Edmonton, Alta. She now has three wins and two seconds in her first five starts of the Fraser meet since shipping back to B.C. from The Meadows.

Phone Terror's 38th career win lifted her bankroll to $417,664.
