Trips to London don’t happen as often as they once did for Trevor Henry, but one thing that happens with the same regularity is the number of trips he continues to make to the winner's circle at the half-mile oval.
The Arthur, Ontario-based horseman clicked for six wins during Tuesday’s 12-race card at The Raceway at Western Fair District.
Henry took the opener with T R Lexus Cam (2:00.4) before guiding Suckitupbuttercup (1:59) to a dead-heat for win in Race 4. He took Race 6 with Incredable Frank (1:59.4) and came right back to capture Race 7 with Tomei Seelster (1:58.2). He completed the natural hat trick thanks to a win in Race 8 with Two Doors Down (2:02), and he finished off his six-bagger after taking the finale with Ninette B (1:59.1).
He continues to lead the nation thanks to 436 wins, and his purse earnings for the year recently went over $3 million. The career winner of 5,564 races has racked up more than $35 million in lifetime earnings.
