Do your horses make funny faces while waiting for their feed? Do they and their stablemates partake in crazy barn escapades? Have you taught them a trick that can make others laugh? Have you caught them doing something silly at the racetrack?
It the answer is yes, it’s time to show your horse’s humour to the I Love Canadian Harness Racing Fan Club for the Horsin’ Around Video Contest. Horses do a lot of crazy things and we want you to show us the funny and quirky things your horse does!
To enter, record a short video (60 seconds or under) on your phone or camera, and send it in a message to the Standardbred Canada Facebook page or e-mail it to [email protected]. Or if you have a video previously recorded, click one of the above links to send it right now!
The judges will narrow it down to three of the best entries which will be included in a poll on SC’s website. Readers will then have the chance to vote for the video they like the best.
The winner will receive a $50 gift card to a Canadian harness racetrack of their choice, a great Fan Club Swag Prize package ($50 value) along with a $50 donation to a charity of their choice.

HORSIN AROUND VIDEO CONTEST - TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. The I Love Canadian Harness Racing Fan Club’s Horsin Around Video contest will open for entry Thursday, November 23, 2017 and close Friday December 8, 2017 at 5:00 p.m. (EST).
2. Videos must not exceed 60 seconds in length. Any submitted entry of a longer length will not be considered.
3. The video should not have any inappropriate content, language or imagery (no violence, racist comments or personal attacks on people or organizations, etc.).
4. The video must be original and may not have been previously submitted to or won another video contest.
5. Upon submission, you are releasing your video to Standardbred Canada and we reserve the right to publish it on our website, Facebook page, Twitter, Pinterest Page, etc. if we so choose (due credit will be given)
6. Entrant must be the creator of the video and he or she must own all rights to the video.
7. When you submit your video, please include your name, address, and details about the video including any names and location.
8. E-mail all video submissions to [email protected] OR send your video in a private Facebook message to Standardbred Canada (@standardbred.canada) by Friday, December 8 at 5:00 p.m. (EST)
