It has been reported that officials in Millsboro, Delaware have reached a tentative decision in regard to the annexation of land needed for the proposed Del Pointe Resort and
Racino.
According to a report by the website of WBAL Radio, officials have approved the annexation of more than 100 acres of land -- a combination of both residential and commercially zoned -- along Route 113.
The article has also cited developer Preston Schell as saying that state legislation to pave the way for the racino has yet to come through, so the project is currently stalled.
