There’s been no stopping Giddy Up Lucky in recent weeks at Dover Downs, and it was more of the same on Monday when the Josh Green student registered his tenth consecutive victory

.

Post eight didn’t pose a problem to the streaking five-year-old son of Camluck, who rocketed to the top and didn’t look back en route to a 1:49.1 triumph in the $35,000 Preferred Handicap.

Eric Goodell chopped out panels of :26.3, :54.3 and 1:21.1 with Giddy Up Lucky, who then used a :28-second final frame to seal the deal by a 2-1/4 length margin over the recently purchased Riggins. Third prize was earned by Mainland Key N.

Giddy Up Lucky’s winning streak, which began at Yonkers Raceway on September 11, has contributed to the 13-6-2 record he has put together from the 31 starts he has made this year. The 31-time winner has banked $665,151 to date.
