Maritime import Palladium Hanover has maintained his momentum since shipping to Ontario, notching another win to take his fifth straight race on Wednesday night (Nov. 16) at Flamboro Downs.
Sent off as the 1-9 favourite, driver Travis Cullen cleared command with Palladium Hanover to a :29 first quarter and cruised under no threat to a 1:00.1 half and 1:29.3 three-quarters. The two-year-old Artspeak gelding widened his advantage into the final turn to blowout his peers in a 1:58.3 mile, winning by 12-1/4 lengths. Windsun Titan finished second with Speedy Blinders finishing third and Valentino Of Leda taking fourth.
Jodie Cullen trains Palladium Hanover for owners Wayne MacRae and Daniel Ross. The gelding is now unbeaten from five starts and pushed his bankroll to $10,675. He paid $2.10 to win.
