Reports from New York indicate that tellers at Yonkers Raceway are currently under investigation by State officials over allegations of placing bets and making wagers on other sports while on the job as well as
tax evasion.
"We are looking at several activities in the mutuel department," Joe Mahoney, a spokesman for the Racing and Wagering Board told the Journal News. "The management at Yonkers has been cooperating, and the board is grateful for that."
Yonkers GM Bob Galterio denied any wrongdoing at New York half-miler. The investigation is ongoing.
A 2007 rule prohibits New York's tellers from placing bets on thoroughbred and harness racing while on duty.

Now when New York State Officials finnish their investigation the RCMP and the Ontario Provinvcial Police should just read it and then they will know what to look for here!!
