Insolvent Quebec racetrack operator Attractions Hippiques, which had been seeking an extension to December 28 to file its final proposal to creditors, has instead been given until November 30 by Quebec Superior Court

.

The court will hear submissions next week on its request to replace RSM Richter, the trustee from the time the company filed for creditor protection in June of 2008, by another firm, Litwin Boyadjian Inc.

Richter representative Yves Vincent had testified in March that, to that point in the proceedings, his company had received $1.4 million in fees.
