Presque Isle Downs in Pennsylvania has filed a lawsuit against Endeka Entertainment and the Pennsylvania Harness Racing Commission in regard to the proposed Lawrence Downs Casino and Racetrack.
A report by the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette explains that in its suit Presque Isle Downs is claiming the PHRC is not performing its proper duties by not conducting an in-depth review of Endeka’s proposal for the Lawrence Downs undertaking.
According to the article, one of the points that Presque Isle Downs has brought up in its suit is that many variables and economic conditions have changed since the Lawrence County proposal was first introduced 10 years ago.
