Make A Statement A reeled off his fifth consecutive win with a seasonal best 1:53.1 score on Tuesday afternoon (Nov. 10) at Saratoga Casino Hotel.
The razor sharp son of Bettors Delight has utilized his terrific early speed throughout his hot streak at the Spa, but he hasn't been a one-trick pony, either. Always forwardly placed, Make A Statement A hasn't always been on the engine in his victory, but he was in Tuesday's co-featured $5,850 conditioned pace. The Melissa Beckwith trainee paced away to win by almost three lengths while in rein to Mark Beckwith.
The Beckwiths also teamed up to win with Glenferrie Blade A, who notched her second win in as many starts for the Beckwiths by way of a 1:56.2 score.
Live racing at Saratoga resumes on Monday afternoon (Nov. 16) with first post set for 12 noon.
