The last time Merrilywerollalong mare IXL made headline news she had fallen and caused a chain reaction in an accident at Exhibition Park Raceway in August. According to a published report, the mare has since been found running down a public highway with some of her friends

The Daily Gleaner has reported that IXL has changed hands at least one other time since being sold this past summer. The horse reportedly ended up in Perth-Andover, running on a public highway with three other horses and a calf. The SPCA was called in at the beginning of September and the animals seized.
IXL was faced with the possibility of having to be humanely euthanized. The mare, dubbed 'Paris Hilton' due to her diva attitude, is scheduled to be adopted this week by a Burton, New Brunswick lady.
