There's no slowing down 12-year-old claiming pacer Big Mach N, who stretched his Leamington Raceway win streak to five in a row on Sunday, Oct. 5.

After an off-the-pace score from the trailing tier on Aug. 24, Big Mach N has won four more on the front end in rein to Garrett Rooney.

In his latest victory on Sunday afternoon in the $4,200 eighth race for $8,000 claimers, the Mach Three-Outback Girl gelding led at every pole en route to a 1:58.1 victory, holding off Mo Bettor (Nick Steward) by three-quarters of a length with Ashers Basher (Anthony Hamlin) following off a pocket trip in third. At 6-5 odds, the popular pacer returned $4.60 for a win bet.

Trained by William Leon and owned by Andrea Leon of Maidstone, Ont., Big Mach N is five-for-five competing at the Leamington oval this year and seven-for-15 overall in his 2025 campaign.

Big Mach N, who has been racing at Ontario tracks since mid-September 2019 and with the Leons consistently for the past year, boasts 48 career victories and earnings totalling $245,824.
