Rideau Carleton Raceway's leading trainer Rene Allard continued to rack up the wins on Sunday night in Ottawa with three of starters making it to the winner's circle during the 15-race card.
Allard's training triple began in the sixth race with four-year-old pacer Stonebridge Bonus ($4) notching his third consecutive victory and 10th this year. He also picked up two more wins with five-year-old pacer Uncle Goodfellow ($10.90) scoring in the seventh race and seven-year-old trotter Silverado Dream ($2.80) taking the ninth. Allard's brother Simon drove all three of his winners.
Allard is currently the nation's leading trainer in the win percentage category with an URS of 0.457 and ranks second for his 224 win count on Canadian soil.
