Flirtiscape Wins Yonkers Mares Open

Flirtiscape (George Brennan) patrolled a Friday night pocket, winning Yonkers Raceway's co-featured $38,000 Filly and Mare Open Handicap Pace

Friday night's blind-draw $38,000 Open Trot went to repeat winner T Js Mr Lavec (Bartlett). Leaving from post No. 2, the 17-10 choice two-moved around Wind Surfer (Jim Pantaleano), securing the lead just after a :29-second opening interval. With a :29.2 second quarter, Pricevalleyrevitup (Cat Manzi), away third, made his second move.
