Walnridge Farm has announced that the 2019 Little Brown Jug Winner, Southwind Ozzi will be their newest stallion in 2022.
The son of Somebeachsomewhere retires to stud with over $977,000 in career earnings. His career mark of 1:48 was the fastest by a three-year-old on a five-eighths mile track in 2019. He won the 2019 Adios and was the leading money-winning three-year-old colt pacer in the 2019 Pennsylvania Sire Stakes.
Southwind Ozzi, out of Southwind Solara, is a half-brother to Southwind Silence. He stands his first season in 2022 with a stud fee of $4,000.
