Diversity was the name of the game at Hollywood Dayton Raceway on Monday afternoon as twelve different drivers visited the winner’s circle on the 14-race matinee program.
In addition to the plethora of winning drivers, there was a full range of mutuel payoffs as patrons had a difficult time determining which horses and which drivers would do well over the damp track due to intermittent showers.
The only multiple winning reinsman was Trevor Smith who captured three of the last four races with One Of The Few (1:56.4, $63.80 to win), John Mac (1:53.4, $9.20) and Time To Casper (1:56.1, $3.60).
The other winners were Sausalito Hanover (1:56.1, $18.60, Brady Galliers), Prince Of Art (1:55.2, $31.20, Jack Franklin), Rev It Up Man (1:56.3, $8.40, Ammon Hershberger), Friday Meeting (1:57.1,$3.00, Beau Brown), Fixthedeficit (1:55.2, $18.20, Alex Hawk), Rock N Jo Z (1:55.2,$8.20, Tyler Smith), Spoileronthebeach (1:53.3, $4.80, Brett Miller), Chips Cash (1:58.4, $47.60, Kayne Kauffman), Desireforthewin (1:54.3, $20.20, Chad Clark), E R Vincent (1:54.4, $6.40, Jeremy Smith) and Smash (1:54, $57.00, Jason Beattie).
