In similar fashion to the second leg of the series, James MacDonald posted another sweep of the Pop Up Series on Thursday (Oct. 19) evening at Woodbine Mohawk Park after he drove both Nothingbutadreamer and Jayport Anna May to victory in their respective $15,000 divisions.

Nothingbutadreamer took his second Pop Up Series triumph for colts and geldings with a wire-to-wire achievement.

MacDonald and the Harry Poulton student rocketed from the far outside and to the top. After posting panels in :27.3, :57.3 and 1:26.3, Nothingbutadreamer crossed the wire 1-3/4 lengths in front of Zip Me Up (Philippe Hudon) in second and Looks Like Magic (Doug McNair) in third.

Owned by Thestable Nothinbutadremr, the sophomore Muscle Mass-Myimpossibledream gelding earned his third win of the season and seventh career tally. He moved his lifetime bankroll to $113,443.

Jayport Anna May won the Pop Up Series division for sophomore fillies to earn her second series triumph and second career win.

MacDonald and the Jesse Yoder trainee won every split through panels in :28.3, :59.3 and 1:28.4 before crossing the wire one length the best in 1:58.1. Olivias Goldnugget (Michael Whelan) finished second with Sos Jewels (Sylvain Grenier) third.

Michael Wolf owns the daughter of Muscle Mass and the Balanced Image mare Jayport Sweetheart. She paid $3.20 to win as the bettors' choice.

Amanda Riley earned her first training victory on the Thursday evening card with Golden Leader in a $12,000 claiming handicap class. James MacDonald steered the six-year-old daughter of Big Jim to a five-length triumph in 1:55 to earn Riley her milestone achievement.
