Quebec racetrack operator Attractions Hippiques will refund all patrons of its internet and telephone wagering service starting Monday
, according to a posting on its website.
The Paritel/Webphonebet wagering service, introduced when Attractions Hippiques took over management of Quebec's four tracks in 2006, went dark last week when the company terminated operations.

Now when will they refund all their "patrons" who bet one dollar pick fours and pick sixes through ther hub at pocono but would never have been able to cash had they won. Oh and by the way where are the police in that matter??!!
