Minor Wisdom went to the front and held off a wall of challengers in deep stretch to win the Sunday afternoon (October 16) feature at Red Shores Summerside in 1:57.4. She was the longest shot on the board and paid $118.70 to win.

Driven by Wade Sorrie, Minor Wisdom picked up her third win in a row by turning away Rash B Havior and OK Galahad. Kristina McCourt owns and trains the six-year-old mare.

In other action, Baby Picka ($19.60) claimed the Cecil Stewart Memorial race in 2:01.4 for Ken Murphy and trainer Fred Paynter, who co-owns with Debbie and Neal Ramsey. The Leon Stewart Memorial went to Ralph Sweet's Jetster ($4.90) and Jason Hughes in a swift 1:57.2 for the fastest mile of the day.

Hughes, Ken Murphy, Gary Chappell and Norris Rogers had driving doubles on the program.
