Two upsets during Friday night's (Oct. 13) Pick 5 at MGM Yonkers Raceway leads to a $6,650.57 carryover and a $20,000 guaranteed pool in the wager on Monday night (Oct. 16).
One upset was by 19-1 shot Betterb Chevron N and the other was by 20-1 offering Sevenshadesofgrey with the sequence not being hit in either race.
The guarantee in the Pick 5 is being offered as part of the United States Trotting Association’s Strategic Wagering Program. Free past performances for the Pick 5, courtesy of TrackMaster, will be available at the USTA website. The Pick 5, which begins in race five, has a takeout rate of 20 percent.
MGM Yonkers Raceway is hosting live racing on Monday through Friday nights with post time at 7 p.m.
