On Friday, October 14 at New Jersey's Freehold Raceway, Quick Deal captured the $25,000 final of the New Jersey Sire Stakes Green Acres for three-year-old trotting colts and geldings.
With Jim Meittinis driving, the gelded son of Revenue led from start to finish and hit the wire in 1:57.4. Quick Deal had won the NJSS Green Acres final for freshman trotters in 2010.
It was an easy victory for Quick Deal, who won by seven and a quarter lengths over Aladin AS. Mr Jim Dandy finished third. The quarter-mile fractions were :29.1, :58.2 and 1:27.4.
Quick Deal is co-owned by his trainer, Tyler Raymer of New Ringgold, Pennsylvania, who co-owns the gelding with the Cappy Stable of Bronxville, New York.
