Blair and Karin Burgess are pleased to announce that they have donated two breedings to the Luc Ouellette Charity Golf Tournament in support of the Race Track Chaplaincy Program at Mohawk Racetrack

, being held at the Granite Ridge Golf Course in Milton on Wednesday, October 14th at 12 noon.

"Blair and I have a lot of respect for what Chaplain Ken is trying to accomplish for the backstretch community and we are pleased to be able to assist him in his efforts," said Karin Burgess.

One breeding is for Amigo Hall, who stands at Tara Hills for a service fee of $6,000. His first crop has produced 84 starters in the OSS Program with 14 winners, 13 second place finishes, and 13 third place finishes from a limited crop. The second breeding is to Armbro Deuce (p,3,1:50:2, $811,357), who stands at Winbak Farm of Ontario for a service fee of $5,000. He is, at present the only son of Western Ideal to stand in Ontario. His first offspring are now yearlings and early indications are that they are good looking individuals.

Both of these stallions' offspring are eligible to the lucrative Ontario Sires Stakes program. More information on the tourney is available by calling Chaplain Ken Carter at (905) 854-6146, and leave a message if Ken is not available. There are still a limited number of spaces available for those who wish to golf by contacting Ken at the same number.
