Horses hailing from the John MacMillan barn were in tiptop shape on Friday night at Rideau Carleton Raceway taking four of the 15 races on the card

Ted McDonald guided Fit For Carl, an eight-year-old Fit For Life pacer owned in part by MacMillan, to victory in the second race while Percy Elkins' four-year-old No Pan Intended mare Panny prevailed in the fifth race with Darrel Coville in the bike – both in 1:57.1. McDonald also won with MacMillan's sophomore son of Angus Hall, Rogue Seelster, in 2:04 in Race 14 and Gord Brown clicked with Robert Easton's three-year-old son of Western Maverick, All Reved Up, in 2:00 in the following dash to complete the MacMillan daily double.
MacMillan has recorded 104 wins on the year with over half a million earned. The resident of Spencerville, Ont. has sent 935 winners postward in his career banking over $5.7 million in purses.
