Driver Guy Gagnon put on a clinic Thursday evening at Rideau Carleton Raceway thanks to a six-win performance on the 10-race card.
Gagnon captured the opener with Dutch Seelster (1:54.2) and returned to take the checkered flag in Race 4 with Dylans Bank (1:55.3).
He rallied Brutus Bayama (1:55.3) to a narrow triumph in Race 6 before sweeping the final three races on the card with Wild River Coyotee (1:55.1), The Roadies (1:54.1) and Double Down Duke (1:55.2).
Gagnon, who leads all Rideau reinsmen for wins in 2020, has piled up 111 wins so far this season and purse earnings in excess of $620,000. To date, Gagnon owns 5,420 trips to victory lane and earnings of close to $26 million.
