Ken Wood, Bill Dittmar and Stephen Iaquinta's Soto was a 1:52.4 winner in the $11,000 Open II pace Monday at Harrington Raceway.
Soto dictated the tempo for driver Art Stafford, Jr. and held off pocket-sitter Daiymir for a commanding win. Hi Sir finished third.
It was the second straight win for the six-year-old Rock N Roll Heaven stallion and trainer Eric Ell. Soto's win total is now 29 to accompany a healthy lifetime earnings tally in excess of $544,000. Soto paid $4.20 to win.
Driver Mike Cole piloted four winners, Artifact Hanover ($3, Cowgurls Spirit ($2.20), Seventh Secret ($2.40) and Machamillion N ($3).
Live racing continues Monday through Wednesday through October 24.
