It was announced in early December that the new connections of Justice Hall 4, 1:54.4 ($811,879), the sire of 2012 Breeders Crown Three-Year-Old Colt Trot winner Intimidate, were looking for an Ontario farm to stand the now-12-year-old stud for breeding purposes. Trot Insider has learned that a home has been found.

Agent Jean Cloutier has informed Trot Insider that Justice Hall will stand the 2013 breeding season at Lucan, Ont.'s Seelster Farms. The stud's breeding career will be managed jointly by Cloutier and Seelster.

Justice Hall will stand for a stud fee of $3,500 in 2013, and a multiple mare discount will be offered.

Justice Hall is a son of Garland Lobell and is out of the Royal Prestige mare Just Having Fun. The bay retired in 2007 after having won 16 starts and having banked over $811,000 in career purses. He took his record of 1:54.4 at the Meadowlands Racetrack at age four. He is a multiple stakes and open winner, including victories in the Hanover Colt Stakes and in the eliminations of the American-National and the Matron Stakes. He also finished second in the Kentucky Futurity.

Interest in Justice Hall has been on the rise since his well-managed son, Intimidate, stepped up against the top three-year-old trotting colts late last season and showed them what he was made of in the Breeders Crown at Woodbine Racetrack. From 17 starts in his three-year-old campaign, the Luc Blais-trained Intimidate recorded 13 wins, three second-place finishes and finished with over $418,000 in purse earnings. After have triumphed impressively in his 'Crown' elimination, Intimidate flourished in the prestigious final, as he defeated Hambletonian and Canadian Trotting Classic winner Market Share, as well as the speedy Little Brown Fox and highly regarded combatants Prestidigitator and Knows Nothing in 1:52.4.
