Reports from Europe indicate that O'Brien nominee Clerk Magistrate has been exported for stallion duty in Sweden

.

The four-year-old son of Andover Hall knocked heads for the majority of his 2008 season with the likes of Deweycheatumnhowe and Crazed, capturing the finals of the Goodtimes, American National and an elimination of the Canadian Trotting Classic. His season completed with six wins and over $820,000 in purses for trainer Per Henriksen and owners Asa Farm, Team Garberg, and Stall Sixpence of Norwood, Ont.

While common for stallions to race and breed in Europe, according to part owner Tommy B. Andersson there are no plans at this time to race Clerk Magistrate.

Clerk Magistrate will face his final foe on Saturday, January 31 as a finalist for the Three-Year-Old Trotting Colt O'Brien Award along with Define The World.
