Atom Love N Stretches Streak To 10

A fine wine isn’t the only thing that gets better with age, so does the veteran pacer Atom Love N.

The 12-year-old stalwart, who was debuting for trainer Brandon Piguet following nine straight scores for former trainer Chris Haskell, had little problem rolling to his tenth straight win.

Marc St. Louis Jr. had the son of Sokys Atom on the engine every step of the way through fractions of :28.3, :59.1 and 1:28.3 before stepping home in :30.4 en route to the 1:59.2 victory.

Deborah Meeks of Columbus, OH was the winning owner, but she lost Atom Love N via the claim. Ashley Nostadt of Maidstone, ON shelled out $4,000 for the gelding, who will look to give her a quick return on the investment in his quest for an 11th straight score.

The pacer won for the 55th time in his career while bumping his overall earnings to $542,562.
