Silverhill Buddy is owned by Myers along with Joanne MacRae of Charlottetown and Gwyneth McGuirk of Fort Augustus.
After leading all drivers for 10-straight seasons, Marc Campbell got a head start on the 2020 driving standings as he won the first dash of the calendar year with Fusspot in 2:06.3. He proceeded to win five more races on the program.
Campbell won with Windsun Rebel in 2:04.3 and Scoot Out Of Here in 2:05.2 from the Vaughan Doyle Stable as well as with Cougar Gal in 2:06.3 for Neil Bambrick. Campbell completed his six-win day with the finishing touches of a triple from his own barn as Jetster won in 2:05.4 and Messier Seelster scored in 2:06.2. Red Shores released details on the Race Day broadcast that Saturday, Jan. 11 will be Marc Campbell Day to honour the driver's achievements over the past decade at the city track.
