Former Woodbine Entertainment broadcaster Chris Connor discussed his time at WEG with his hometown newspaper the day before one of his telecasts goes into the O'Brien Award ceremony as a finalist in the inaugural Media Excellence Awards
.
The Daily Gleaner's Bill Hunt talked to the popular Connor about his life in Toronto, being a finalist in the media category and what it's like to be home in Fredericton, NB.
While Connor will miss the abundant entertainment and professional sports teams, ''the lifestyle and the quality of life is one I value and one I remembered and it's everything I remembered it would be," he said. "It's good to be home."
