The top money-winning participants from the Delaware Standardbred Breeders Fund program's two and three-year-old divisions were honoured at the 40th annual Delaware Agricultural Industry Dinner on Thursday
, January 27 before a crowd of more than 400 at Dover Downs Convention Center.
The deciding factor for selection is total earnings in DSBF races during the just concluded season. The top two and three-year-old money winners from each division were honoured.
The 2011 DSBF eliminations and finals begin in March.
